Description:
Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information. Collaborates with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive healthcare from admission to discharge in the assigned unit of care.
Assesses response to treatment protocols, and anticipates potential outcomes for the patient at risk for complications Establishes standards of care and protocols in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
Must have MSN. Must have current dual Florida RN/ARNP licensure, CPR Training, and Specialty Certification. Must have 2 yrs acute care experience. Prefer Leadership Skills, Information Services Skills, Quality Management Skills, Education Skills, Research Skills, and APN/ARNP experience. Must have excellent Customer Service skills and strong Interpersonal Skills. Must have Proficient Critical Thinking Skills and Preceptor skills.
